| "First of all, after 18 years of our business providing telesales services to dozens of top corporations and startups alike, our business has been primarily based on MS Lync (now Skype for business) and our own in-house developed CRM. With these tools, we’ve been successful on most accounts, but, not all. Like all businesses, we’ve struggled to really improve operations and of course staffing is consistent challenge.
